Rockwills Sdn Bhd (under the then UK franchisor Trustwills PLC) the first and largest retail estate planning service in Malaysia was formed by a group of experienced and forward thinking individuals. Our first principal office was situated at Jalan Barat, Petaling Jaya

Rockwills rebranded and using its own logo after purchasing the rights from Trustwiils. Following this change, Rockwills started taking the estate planning market by storm and the number of testators grew above 10,000.

Rockwills Group moved to its own building; Wisma Rockwills, situated off Jalan Klang Lama. We have 4 branches and 23 service centres throughout Malaysia and written more than 60,000 Wills.

Rockwills acquired our own office building in Bayan Lepas, Penang and invited Chairman of Rockwills Corporation, Dato Seri Goh Eng Toon to officiate the opening ceremony of Wisma Rockwills, Penang. In giving back to the community, we launched our first CSR program, Blood Donation and received overwhelming support from our franchisees and general public.

Rockwills Advisory Services was setup to tap into the high net-worth individuals market to provide comprehensive Estate Planning advisory services. We organised and chaired our inaugural “International Estate Planning Conference”, a global event involving financial planners, estate planners, tax specialist, accountants and other professionals from UK and Asia Pacific region.

Rockwills has written more than 135,000 Wills and set up 5,000 Trusts and organised “Getting Rich, Staying Rich” seminar to share on wealth succession in Malaysia and overseas for High Net Worth Individuals by various international speakers.

Rockwills celebrated its 20th anniversary with more than 160,000 Wills written and set up over 6,000 Trusts, holding on trust clients’ assets worth more than RM2 million and launched its anniversary book, “Touching Lives, Fulfilling Wishes” covering untold true-life happenings.

Rockwills organised its first public forum with the theme, “Plan Well + Live Well = End Well” where speakers shared on various concepts of estate and wealth planning in order to make better informed decisions and a holistic approach to health, business succession and wealth planning to over 350 attendees.

Rockwills celebrated its 25th anniversary with more than 250,000 Wills and set up more than 10,000 Trusts. We have expanded and moved our training centre to a bigger premise in Menara AmFIRST, Petaling Jaya.

Due to the increased awareness and urgency about planning for your loved ones in the COVID-19 pandemic, our Will figure has increased to 280,000 and our total Trust setup to 12,000. To meet the growing demand for estate planning services, our total number of franchisees has also expanded to 6,000.

In June, Rockwills recorded the highest number of wills written since its inception and reported a 30% surge in the number of Wills written on a year-to-year basis. Rockwills Finance and Legacy Management have also joined the Business Division in Menara AmFIRST PJ office.

We have opened a new branch in Ipoh, Perak and continue to spread the importance of estate planning awareness in the community.
