Dr. Daniel Woo is the Founder and Managing Director of NexusTax Advisory Sdn Bhd (NexusTax), bringing over 25 years of professional experience as a chartered tax advisor and licensed tax practitioner. He has held senior leadership roles—including Tax Director and Tax Partner—at both the Big Four and Top Six international accounting firms, where he advised a diverse range of clients across industries.
Dr. Woo’s expertise spans a wide spectrum of tax disciplines, including tax advisory, international tax, transaction tax, corporate tax, global mobility services (GMS), tax incentives, real property gains tax, and tax dispute resolution. He is highly experienced in navigating complex tax matters for multinational corporations, government-linked entities, and publicly listed companies.
