Job Description:
– To support the process and enquiries of license renewal (Franchise License).
– To monitor the performance and overall sales production of the franchisees.
– To ensure franchisees follow company policies, procedures and guideline during the renewal process.
– To handle general enquiries from franchisees
– Assist in the organising of Rockwills events such as Estate Planning Forums, Annual Convention, Achiever’s Congress and other events.
– Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management or direct superior.
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related fields.
– Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in related fields.
– Familiar with Ms PowerPoint, Ms Excel and Ms Word.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Good command of written and spoken in English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
– Independent, initiative, problem solving skills and able to work under minimum supervision.
– Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
– Applicants must be willing to report to work at Petaling Jaya.
