Marketing Admin Officer

Job Description:

  • Provide support on marketing administrative task such as stock taking, process bookings, claims, orders etc.
  • Assist Marketing Executives in their daily marketing duties.
  • Prepare marketing claims and subsidies report.
  • Actively contribute marketing ideas to departmental head.
  • Implementing company’s marketing plans and strategies
  • Provide marketing support and maintain good rapport with company’s franchisees.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when requires.



  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM or Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any other related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Independent, initiative, and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Applicants must be willing to report to work at Petaling Jaya.
