Job Description:
- Responsible to handle and manage customers inquiries through phone, email, or WhatsApp promptly.
- Manage and handle customers’ complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers who have outstanding custody. Also involve in promoting and selling upgrade package to customers.
- Provide regular update and report to the Management team on the issues.
- Execute and report on small projects assigned by superior.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management or direct superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any other related fields.
- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in customer service.
- Familiar with MsPowerPoint, MsExcel and MsWord.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken in English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Independent, initiative, problem solving skills and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Applicants must be willing to report to work at Jalan Klang Lama.
