Customer Service Officer/Executive

Job Description:

  • Responsible to handle and manage customers inquiries through phone, email, or WhatsApp promptly.
  • Manage and handle customers’ complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide product information and guidance to customers who have outstanding custody. Also involve in promoting and selling upgrade package to customers.
  • Provide regular update and report to the Management team on the issues.
  • Execute and report on small projects assigned by superior.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management or direct superior.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any other related fields.
  • Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in customer service.
  • Familiar with MsPowerPoint, MsExcel and MsWord.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
  • Independent, initiative, problem solving skills and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Applicants must be willing to report to work at Jalan Klang Lama.
