Business Development Executive (RBS)

Job Description:
– Handling matters pertaining to membership of Rockwills Business Solution (RBS). Regularly updating the membership database to reflect changes such as renewals, cancellations, or changes in member details.
– Replying and responding to RBS members, REPS’s or client’s inquiries in timely manner or initiated phone calls for effective communication.
– In charge the administration of Seminar/ Workshops/ Event.
– Responsible in preparing report and analysing data.
– Executing campaign and promotion of RBS events using different platforms via Active Campaign, WhatsApp & Facebook.
– Follow up business related activities and tasks.
– Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of Department/ supervisors.

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field of studies.
– Required language(s): Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
– Requires computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
